Can I select specific bottles for the semi-annual shipment?
While the 6 bottles will be chosen by our wine club liaison, you will have the opportunity to edit your order. Two weeks prior to processing your order, you will receive an email with the details about what is in the order. If you would like to change your order you can respond to the email with what you would like to substitute. Added costs may apply.
How does the billing process work for the semi-annual shipment?
Your credit card on file will be charged at noon on the 10th of the shipment month (March/September). Once your order is processed your shipment will be sent within 10 business days. While the original product selections will total under $195 if you make any product changes that amount could be exceeded.
How will I receive on-site discounts as a club member?
When you order a glass or bottle of wine at the vineyard, just tell the employee serving you that you are a club member and your name. We will find you in the system and then proceed to give you 15% off or a $5/$8 glass of wine.
How will I receive online discounts as a club member?
To receive the 15% discount online, you must first enter the store. In the top right corner, you can log in and enter your username and password that you chose when you signed up. Once you do this, you will automatically receive 15% off whatever you place a product into your cart.
How do I cancel my subscription or place it on hold?
To cancel your subscription or place it on hold, email firstname.lastname@example.org and title the subject line “CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION”. In the email let us know why you are canceling and feel free to give any constructive feedback. If you would like to put your subscription on temporary hold, let us know at what time you would like to resume it again.
