High Tide begins and ends with sweetness of the muscadine, made with the Noble grape, with a bit of residual sugar post-fermentation to hold the sweetness. You'll taste all of the deep dark fruits from around the property in this wine, figs, plums, cherries, blackberries, maybe even a little pecan notes in there as well.
