Low Tide

Low Tide is made from the Tara grape in the Muscadine family, we ferment this wine with very minimal sugar added resulting in a semi-dry finish with notes of sherry shining through. The traditional earthy nose of a muscadine is there but the traditional syrupy sweetness is non-existent in this wine, about as dry as you can get a scuppernong.
